    CounselPro offers your business a wide range of customized services.  Start by choosing services you want to provide your employees from the following options.

The "Fee for Service" Option

    A member of CounselPro's team of licensed psychologists and clinical specialists will come to your place of business once a week, every week, for the entire day, or a portion of the day.  Because your employees have unlimited access to them at this time, their options - and yours - are nearly limitless.  Some of the services CounselPro could provide:

• Weekly seminars on a range of issues, including improving communication skills, problem solving, family and relationship issues, and coping with grief and loss.

• Up to 10 counseling sessions a year for each employee.

• Brown-bag lunch sessions for your employees on topics such as handling difficult people, motivation techniques, coping with marital difficulties, and dealing effectively with coworkers.  

The "Capitation" Option

    With this more traditional plan, CounselPro offers a more targeted range of services, where you pay an annual, fixed, per capita fee.  Each employee has access to our clinic for up to three private counseling sessions.  Plus, the licensed psychologists or clinical specialists at CounselPro will conduct three seminars at your place of business on a wide range of topics, including:
